THE CHALLENGE: TAKING THE SPAR FAIR TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Colruyt Group's assignment was clear: transform the Spar Fair into an experience that inspires both suppliers and franchisees. With more than 400 visitors per day and 21 supplier stands, the challenge was substantial. The task was not only to organize an event but to create an environment that was both functional and fascinating, where business opportunities went hand in hand with innovative experiences.

EVENT MANAGEMENT: THE ESSENCE OF EXCELLENCEFrom the initial concept to the final execution, our way2events team took full responsibility for the planning and coordination of the Spar Fair. With our experience and dedication, we ensured a flawless outcome, where every detail was meticulously considered and implemented.

A SETTING THAT ASTONISHES: THE TRANSFORMATION OF SPACE

The Belorta warehouses were transformed with an elegant sailcloth tent measuring 10 by 22 meters, which not only provided space for the 21 supplier stands but also created an inviting and inspiring environment. The interior, enriched with atmospheric lighting and carefully selected decorations, encouraged discovery and dialogue between Spar franchisees and suppliers, with the added benefit of working with material and decoration in-house, which is not only cost-effective but also more sustainable.

INNOVATION IN LIGHTING AND SOUND

The technical aspects, including lighting and sound, were carefully tuned to the unique atmosphere of the fair. These elements enhanced the overall experience, facilitated clear communication, and created an ambiance that was both professional and welcoming.

SUPPLIER STANDS: PLATFORMS FOR PRESENTATION

Each supplier had the opportunity to present their products in an optimally designed stand. Our team worked closely with the suppliers to ensure that each stand was not only functional but also aesthetically appealing, thus guaranteeing an optimal presentation of products.
